Clik went to mopping the room in the back.You caught a glimspe of a table in the room before the door shut

Luna wandered what had been in that room.

"I wasn't eavesdropping. Just waitin' for you to leave. I came to ask a few questions to Ruby's dad." Knuckles replied casually. He already knew what question was coming next, so he added, "That's none of your bussiness."

"Just wondering." Sonic commented. "I totally agree, though."

Sylvia looked at him, "Does it a fugitive you are supposivly keeping on Angel's Island?"

And there it was. That question.

Now, despite his temper, Knuckles had a strong sense of conviction, especially when it came to telling outright lies. The first person he had ever met told him nothing but falsehoods; Nobody else deserved to be subjected to that. Because of this, the echidna very rare practiced it.

That said, he can and would refuse to give her a straight answer. "Who told you something like that?" He said incredulously.

"I have my sources," Sylvia answered thinking two can play at this game. "Please just answer the question of what do you want?"

"I don't like repeating myself, but fine. I want to talk with Ruby's dad, alright? I have questions I think he can answer. But that," He replied as he brushed a dreadquill behind his shoulder, "That's none of your concern."

"Fine hope you can catch him before he leaves," Sylvia spoke.
Reaper finished the blade and left it to cool and walked out of the forge after grabbing his sycthe.
Ruby rushed back at Knuckles then saw Mrs. Hoowlers, "Sorry."

Knuckles gave Ruby a short nod, then glanced back at Sylvia. "I'll be off, then. Oh, and if I find out you or your co-workers are on my island again, I won't let you off the hook so easily."
