I'll accept Iciri Frostspell because she reminds me of a nebula and the dust reminds me of stars. But since the theme is Lunar/Starry, I cannot accept the second one. Please enter a different sylesti.

(Note- As long as it is visible, any trait with Star/Lunar/Moon in its name will do just fine.)
