She spots a third a ways behind the first one.

How many are there?

Blue is starting to get nervous- she can hear the cat faintly growling and just barely see her puffed out fur.

What are they doing here?

They seem to be edging closer, but it's too dark to really tell.

Revilla smiled softly again, and shook her head softly at the floor.
"I'm comfortable anytime, I promise." She smiled warmly. She looked up again, and gently placed her hand on his shoulder, smiling genuinely. Physical contact had always come hard for her, and this was about as much as she could do, but she hadn't been able to directly touch someone else since she was fifteen. Her gaze saddened a little bit, noticing the little signals he was giving off. The scream must've really set him off.
"I want you to get better too. I'm always happy to see you try despite things weighing against you." Revilla said in a gentle tone, her grey-green eyes staring up at him.
She once again looked at her nightgown, still embarrassed about just wearing it casually in front of him.
"I should probably apologize for the hospital gown. I didn't think I'd see anyone out here." She laughed a bit nervously.

She picks up Blue.

The cat is scared- she can feel her trembling.

She holds her close.

Out of the corner of her eye she sees the ones behind her inch closer.
