Vixen nodded again as she began to mix a salve of some kind. You see Wolf and back away slightly in surprise. Part of his sternum was cracked and flaking. Skin looked withered and blackened it looked as if a light breeze could it blow it off. it seemed to be slowly spreading up towards his heart. Vixen finished coating him with the salve and then started to lift him up "Quick get him on your Lun. We need to get him back to the cave. Now."

Ursa hurried over, her heart stricken with fear for her tribe member. "Wait! Why don't we treat him here, just to try stabilizing him? If we wait too long taking him back or make his injury worse then he will surely die. On the battlefield, you do not bleed out, you dress the wound before anything else, so why would it be so different here?"
She looked around at the others gathered there, hoping what she said would make sense.

Vixen glared at you "I've already put on a healing salve, it will slow down the effects for an hour or so. But we need to get him to the hearths. he's freezing and it's bringing his immune system down, Plus I'll have more materials to work with there. This is far worse than we thought. I've done what I can for him here. Now we have to go we're wasting time." With that, the three of them hurried on. Sleet and the others looked to you for instructions.

``Of course.`` She looked to her Lun and nodded. She helped Vixen get him on her Lun and hopped onto her, signaling to head back to the cave and as quickly as possible.
