(I have a good idea actually. Rookie and Rouge are currently searching for the base of one of the old (shut down because INFINITE) resistance branches (yes, Knuckles did mention others.), so I was thinking og Pearl and Rookie meeting eachother there.)

Before all that uprising jazz, he mainly stayed on.. Angel Island, was it? He was an emerald guardian so he was there a lot. Rouge said, clearly not remembering it clearly. He wasnt exactly the best guardian, but you didnt hear that from me.
