He finally dug the last one out, and produced it with dirt covering his muzzle. He proudly put it down beside Thornheart's, tail high in the air.

"Hmpf. So you're not useless after all." Thornheart huffed, even though she knew she was being too harsh. "Let's bring these back to camp. I need more herbs, but I can't carry all of them." She found a large leaf nearby and wrapped the alfalfa and chamomile in it, picking it up. "Come on," She mumbled through the leaf.

Sparrowpaw nodded and carried a few loose strands that didn't fit in (let him do something) and padded after her, not overtaking the medicine cat nor dropping or biting too hard into the herbs.

(Like what? I have been taken over by the majestic brainfart)

-Teleportation happens-
Thornheart drops the herbs gently on the floor of the medicine cat den. She looked back at Sparrowpaw. "Why don't you try sorting these herbs?" She suggested.

He nodded, dropping his strands and using his paws to separate the two herbs.

Thornheart watched from nearby with narrowed eyes, watching the apprentice's progress. He did well, to say the least. "You could have been a good medicine cat." She commented dryly.

He looked up, surprised, "I can still help out around, if you want." it was slightly awkward for him to have become one, as he had an allergy to a Parsley, which wasn't commonly used anyway.

"Hmpf. Warriors, fight fight, honor honor. Everyday. You'd have been better off as a medicine cat anyways." She huffed. "I say you'd be better at this than at a warrior. Your leg seems to me quite a problem to me, should you be a warrior." She headed out the camp again. "More herbs."

He shuffled his paws, looking down. All he had was long limbs, "I need to tend to the elders if you don't mind.. Silverfeather looked quite mad at me."
