Elissa stood up as well, shaking out her tail and brushing dirt off her skirt and leggings. "Do you mind if I come with you? I'd love to see more of the forest since I've never been here before," she asked Spirit, hoping she wasn't intruding.

"Ah, wait up!" Elissa cried, running after Spirit. She wasn't the best runner, preferring flying, but the trees were too low for her to be able fly. At least she was pretty good at jumping over obstacles.
