Amory watched the bird fly off. "...Articulate little one." He noted before setting back to his task.

Selkie was calm and pacient after that.


Fisher looks around slightly confused with his eyes back to their normal brown, What just happened?

The moth chimed and it sounded like it was nodding.


"So...what were pearl's parents like?" she asked

Amory didn't say anything else for a long time. A half hour passed before he finally pulled away. "It's done." He muttered. "The damage has been undone and your vitals might even be stronger than before."

Kaladin frowned. "I-I was hoping you could tell me?"

"I wouldn't know,' Morgan explains, "Pearl is older then I am and I don't know who her parents were."


Starlight looks in Evermore's direction.



"Thank you," Selkie gets back up.

Fisher looks at Kaladin, Last thing I remember is being worried about the captain.

"...Nevermind then." Kaladin mumbled.

Amory nodded once. "Is there something else you wanted?"

"Fisher never explained what we were transporting," Selkie replies, "would you care to tell me?"

Fisher looks up at Kaladin.


Kai walks off the ship and toward the village.

"In short, you're transporting a prison." Amory responded.

"Void?!" Selkie's eyes go wide, "had I known before hand I never would have agreed.''

"There's no danger, I assure you." Amory replied dryly. "The sealing is quite resistant, and there needs to be both deliberate intent and an impressive amount of force in order to bypass it. And since it's newly formed, you'd be lucky to even get it to crack. You won't have to worry about her escape.... at least not in your lifetime."
