The Rooster had eyed him carefully. Then, in one smooth motion, he ran at Vix and Ocu and jumped straight over them and ran over to where Rose was sleeping. Lint and Kall were too shocked in surprise to register what was going on before the Rooster curled up with Rose. Rose felt it and smiled slightly in her dream, pulling the Rooster close to her.

Damen frowned and he looked at the honey. He went back to his corner and kept quiet.

Tulip's paw kept twitching out, as if she was trying to grab something just out of reach. Kall and Lint curled up on the floor to sleep.

Damen put down the honey carefully and then curled up to sleep

Kall, Lint, Ocu, Vix, Rose, and Tulip were all sound asleep, except for Tulip who kept twitching.

Damen then woke up. He went outside carefully and ran to the lake. When he got to the lake he sat down.

The hut was well hidden in the darkness, and trees surrounded it making it impossible to see. The frozen ice was cracking, Spring near.

Tulip got up, shaking the nightmares from her head. She went outside and went into the forest, paws around her face.

Damen curled up under the moonlight

Tulip went back inside, a sob almost escaping her throat when she found him gone. She crawled on the bed and went back to sleep, a tear trekking down her face.

Damen woke up the next morning out by the lake. He frowned and headed back towards the den
