I focus on making the sphere cover the space between me, Kate, Tori and Leo, still chanting determindly.

Kate caught the feel of what this thing was and opened her eyes feeling more determined now. she felt the flow between her and Leo and expanded it to encase what she knew was still bouncing around, even though it was not visible to her any longer. when she relaxed she closed her eyes again molding the flow into the shape of the creature, but its seemed to not respond the same way Tori did. After a brief though she decided to envision the flow like water freezing.

Ezma hits your shield, and you feel your concentration slip up a little. The next hits you in the shoulder.
Ezma: You're pretty good at this. Most people can't even make a shield on their first try.

The shield expands, pulsing with magic. The wraith seems to pause, and realizes that it's trapped. It frantically starts beating on the trap, making disturbing screaming noises.
