It had a good amount of cash for supplies and food, some candy and granola bars, and a thermos filled with hot coffee on the side.

Echo grabs the thermos of coffee and drinks it. "Let's go to the store to get the stuff to make the supplies for the prank," Echo thought and grabs the cash.
