It does sharpen a bit, and you use the leather to smooth it out. It ends up being an actual sword that could deal some damage. You go to the guard for some help, and he comes back with a newbie. He akwardly holds the sword, and it's obvious you'll have to train him if you want anything done. It would have to be as they go.

You exit out of the village and through a path in that head into the woods. On your way, you learn the boy's name is Klein, which is Kevin's younger brother. Klein wants to become an astronomer, but his mother doesn't approve. So he's a rookie swordsman instead.

A lady comes up to the two of you, and there's a bit of pity in her eyes. Yet, she screams instead of talking regularly.

"You must have been the one to puke on the sacred grounds! DON'T WORRY! You two can help me gather some herbs! I will help the young lad if you do!"

After choosing your path, you find yourself taking a winding road, which is really just peoples footprints after so many travels.

You do find a small sort of civilization with small houses made of sticks and twigs. The people do, however, look to be at least somewhat civilized since they all seemed to have bathed within the last week.

You find your way to a board with the ancient language you were forced to study in your upper schooling before your adventuring career. You make out the Quest List, and there are 6 listings. Just as you were leaving, a guard comes up to you and pushes you to the ground.

Popuri made his way looking around quite curious and yet a bit anxious. Usually, new things never scared him. But it was... Old things. He was in the past and old things could change his new things. Trying to put on a serious face - Which, by the way, just looked like a disappointed bunny - Popuri kept going.

Curious to the quest list, Popuri tried to read... And got pushed without even realising what just happened. He looked at the guard and thought: "oh. So people here greet by pushing each other?" And looked around. No... It didn't seen like it. No pushing for this guy.

Porpuri remained sitting on the ground and smile at the guard.

"Hello, my friend! As you can see, I cleary don't belong here. I was just taking a look at the quest list! Is something bad happening around here?"
