Nicote grumbled something that sounded very creative under his breath and made caterina slap him.

Nyx tended to have a harsh way of putting things, glaring at the male. She no longer cared to speak to the dragon that hissed their words at her. Sly remained invisible, watching and listening intently.

As he reached the village he ran, looking around frantically. After dodging his way into 3 paths between the housing, a dark alley, and winding around another street, he heard a bone-chilling, roaring howl of a creature not known to the world. Relaxing slightly, Isaac followed the sound, stopping when it sounded again close by and whistling sharply. Out of the shadows came..

The wendigo rose its skull head and sprinted towards Isaac, but stopped right in front of him as the beast recognized him. "Hey buddy, it's been a long time, Inferus." Isaac murmured, stroking the skull head gently. It clicked it's tongue contently, causing Isaac to form a real grin upon his face. He remembered the others behind him and added with a warning tone, " They're not food, so be nice." It made a small growl but listened, walking to get a better look at Hayden with a jerky, unnatural movement.

"Because," He said gently, like he was talking to a little kid or a pet dog "I was chased," Right after he said that he heard a earsplitting roar and looked nervous as he stood up, glancing around anxouisly.

Hayden froze when he saw the beast, letting his reflaxes take over until Isaac come into view, then he relaxed, confusion all over his face "What... what is that?!?"

"'His name is Inferus, and he's my closest companion." Isaac defended Inferus fiercely, " Don't be rude just because he's a wendigo." Inferus himself stood onto his hind legs, a towering beast of pure furred muscle about 13 feet tall. Isaac, dwarfed in his companions great size, pushed himself up onto the wendigo's shoulders, smiling down at Hayden.

"Sorry," He said looking embarrassed, "But I've never seen one of those before," He walked up to it, Coins appearing and crawling up on his shoulder to take a look at their new companion.

Inferus tilted his head, looking down at the golden-haired guide and his dragon. The word in his little clicks were quiet and hard to make out. Food? No.. Isaac said no. Mmm I'm hungry though. He was referring to Hayden, not the dragon as he thought 'food', as wendigo's are man-eating creatures. The beast was unaware Hayden could understand him as he thought it over, before deciding No, not food. He makes Isaac too happy for me to hurt him like that. The wendigo shook his short fur, gazing quite fondly at Isaac. Isaac, however, reached out hesitantly to Tiffany, unsure if she'd be angry he hadn't told her he happened to know a wendigo.. Mistress? They're here. At least some of them..

Hayden shot Isaac a look before clicking back in a uncomfortable manner, not used to talking in an animals language, it had been a long time after all "I understand you... I make him happy?" He clicked, sounding a little bit more squeaky then Inferus sounded.
Coins leaped forward and clung onto Inferus, making comments about the lack of shiny things Inferus.
