I think something like this would be better suited as a player managed thing - probably best in like a Google Doc sheet or something.

It just would be way too big of a 'project' to be kept track of officially and then every couple months when we add in another 150 items, I'd have to worry about updating all of them too. And there are lots of items that have all sorts of colors and so it'd be a pain to somehow classify them and judge what's what. And then there'd be lots of items with mixes. Like, "Is this Red? Pink? Rose? Amethyst? Purple?" Etc. The easier the system is to build, the less useful it would be. The more useful it'd be, the exponentially more difficult it would be to build.

But if you were wanting to pursue this project, I think it could work in a Google Doc or something. Give access to whomever is helping sort things out. You can break it down by Item Type and by Color and list the items Alphabetically or whatever for each category and throw in whatever other information you want to - such as year released, is it a Fest item, etc.

Yeah I guess I could figure out a way to set it up maybe I can set up a thread or something too so folks dont have to go off site
