Natalie rolled her eyes. "Well it won't technically be my issue until it is my issue when the gun doesn't work. The pieces are fine, it's just things break apart, rust, and wear down which mess with its full potential.

Eva made a face at Scarlet. "Like that's going to help, talking sometimes is better but drinking not so much."

Thomas laughed, " That gun? Rust or break? He polishes the damn thing every second he gets the chance to.. but due to custom parts she's right Lionel, it might malfunction. " Lionel scoffed, " Yeah, right. Sure it will. "

" I know.. but he's stubborn and stoic about talking. Hates it, thinks it makes him weak. "

Natalie raised her eyebrow. "If you insist." she said handing the gun back to Lionel with a frown. "That's the problem with custom parts, you never know, the smallest mishap might cause a issue."

Nathaniel frowned. "Talking is a nuisance but then again, so is drinking. The trick is to find a balance between them. But then again, I'm the one who's talking so take that as you wish." Eva rolled her eyes. "Yeah and that's coming from the man who hardly says anything unless its an insult or to annoy people."

" It's tricked out, if it malfunctions it'll still fire.. just not correctly. "

Scarlet chuckled softly, " Don't worry, Lionel can be like that too. Some men just are, unfortunately. "

Natalie grinned, "I can't argue with that." she said nodding at the gun. "That's probably one of the most well designed ones I've seen."

Eva rolled her eyes "You're telling me." Nathaniel punched her on the arm lightly. "You know I'm right here right?"

" My thanks to the jazz player, he helped me make it. I couldn't of pulled it off myself unfortunately. "

Scarlet just watched them, debating on teasing them a bit. " Well, all I am saying is be careful around him. "

Natalie nodded. "I would never have suspected the craftsmanship perfection due to his wonky eye."

Nathaniel nodded. Eva frowned. "I can't help thinking what type of past he's had, but asking him does not seem to be the way to go."

" Well, he's blind from it. It doesn't mess with his vision too much in that sense, so his working eye makes it possibly I'd assume. "

" Not even I know what his past is, no one does. We know bits and pieces like how he had a loving home, and a dog named Spot. But at a certain point, he won't tell anyone about it. "

Natalie nodded. "Well, I see how that works. How did you find out about his craftsmanship?" She asked curiously.

Eva frowned. "Well that couldn't possibly be good for his health, both mentally and physically I suppose."

" He was another orphan, most children who didn't come out right are. While we didn't know each other from the same one we bonded over that, and he showed me his work. I was quite interested so I asked for help on a piece.. with payment of course. " He said with a chuckle as the bars band came in, setting up for tonights show. " Hey Lion! You singing with us tonight? "
