It looks to be made probably from the Elite leaders group. It was fairly new. You wander farther without a thing to be seen.

Suddenly, a small child was thrown out of a bush. He looks to be around 10. He is crying, and holding his foot, not noticing you through clenched eyes and blood dripping down his face.

My eyes widen and for a moment I pause then say "Yo kid! What the hell happened to you?" probably a bit harsh I felt bad for the kid, but I wasn't sure if he wanted pity so I went with brash questioning.
