"There's an underground stream near my home. It might lead to your waterfall, for all I know." I say, taking my hand off of her shoulder to open my door. "Well, here we are," I say, as a golden light from my torches shines on my black wings. I wince again as my injured hand scrapes the doorway. "Shouldn't have punched that tree," I mumble, as I put a pot of water over my fire and search for some clothes for the siren-elf.

She saw his hand but didn't comment. She looked around the room, smiling a bit to herself. It seems a bit cozy, and kind of small because it's underground, but other than that it's nice...

I find a large shirt, and ask, "D'you want some pants to go with this?" The kettle boils, and I pour the hot water into two cups. "Also, what kind of tea do you want? I've got herbal, black, and white." I say, pulling out my basket of tea leaves. It's another hobby of mine- collecting tea leaves. I fly all over to get the right spices, to make the best tea.

"Yes, please." She sat on the floor, and turned her head to watch him. "And whichever one you think I'd enjoy the most, I guess?"

I take a pinch of my slightly lemony mint mix, and put it in a small ball of mesh, so as it doesn't clump in the water. I plop it in and ask, "Do you want any sweetener in it? I've got honey and sugar." I put some strong black tea in my cup, with a spoonful of honey.

"I haven't had any sweet things in forever!" She exclaimed. "At least, not a lot. Honey?" She got up and walked over to see what he was doing, her eyes wide with amazement.

I add a small spoonful of my clover honey, and take another for myself.
"It's my favorite kind. I used to get it from the same beehive every year, but a bear came and ate it, so now I need to find a new stock." I grab a new spoon, and put a little honey on it, offering it to her. "Here."

She delicately took it from him, then slowly stuck her tongue out to lick the spoon. When she tasted the honey, she closed her eyes and let out a sigh. "Mmm... that's, that's really good."

"I know, right? The bees know best," I say, taking the tea leaves out of the water and placing them in a dish. I stir the teas, and put milk in mine. I pick up hers, and hold it out to her, saying, "Careful, it's hot."

Before she took it, she looked up at him, right in the eyes. "Thank you. For all this, I mean." She let out another laugh, then took the cup the same way she had the spoon.
