Could I use a pet dye on him? The green is kind of, odd to me. Just doesn't suite such a beautiful Nixi.

Yeah, the infertility is for a reason. Otherwise people could just breed their own maxed stats off of my 1-2 years of constant breeding and organization work and the estimated 4 million gold investment on prismatic philters per project that I spend to get these to maxed stats. Definitely not going to waste those investments by giving people the easy option and let them breed more breedables and eventually crash the entire market for them because I did something stupid. >_>
As for anything else you'd like to do - dye him, change the gender, and so on - go for it!
(And the colors on him are actually meant to be for Christmas, thus the green; he's a holiday offspring from my Noel pair. ^^)
