Sonic curled up as he was running, going into a spin. Looking at the whip, he had noticed three important things concerning it:

a) It caused pain by contact alone.
b) Void had it taught and Ajal was struggling, causing strain on the line.
c) A strained line was easy to cut through.

Drawing on the Emeralds still, he channeled it and attepted to slash through the whip using an Insta-sheild (Yes, it's a thing, and it's the only reason I beat some bosses in S3&K.).

It cut the line,but it just wisped together."Nice try" she told sonic,she cracked the whip throwing amal and luna into the air.Ganz peeked up and caught them both by their jackets.He landed in the snow and dropped them both growling over them.Clik grabbed her sword and swung at void from behind only to be blocked by a shadowy mobain.

Luna punched Ganz in the nose trying to avoid crying while she did so.
Ajal moaned as the whipe burned.

"Oh, nice! I got your attention!" Sonic wise craked to Void. He briefly shared a glance with Tails. Might need to fight. If you're up to it, you know the drill.

Fortunately for Luna and Ajal, Void wasn't the only one with a rope. Rookie flicked over his hand so his palm was facing up, and fired his grappling line at Ganz's hind legs. The line caught around the fox at the ankles, then the wolf pup tugged with all his might.

Knuckles eyes' opened and he glanced at the Master Emerald. "....Hm." He grumbled, getting to his feet.

Kaladin looked both astonished and eager at the same time. The mobians were fighting Void, and fighting surprisingly well.

Selkie had the same look, Teamwork is a great thing when fighting her.

Tails nodded and tried to help get Ganz off them.


Ajal and Luna worked on pushing Ganz off them.

Sonic assisted with a barrage of Chaos-fueled Homing Attacks, keeping a careful eye on Void as he did.

Kaladin nodded in agreement. They might even drive her back at this rate.

I'm hoping they drive back into the emerald, Selkie thought aloud.

Tails did the same as he fired his wispin at Void.

Sonic kept up the heat. If his energy was inexahstible before, it was downright boudless now.

Rookie grunted and kept pulling. Burst did so as well.
