"Can't the person just come out here?"

She chuckles, skipping inside. "So uninformed, little human." She giggles, passing Puck and following Grim.

Grim flicked his tail. "Did you not hear me earlier? She likes to keep a low profile. Now come on."

She reluctantly heads inside.

"This is gonna be interesting." She smirks.

Puck closed the door behind Lin, and the room plunged into darkness.

She holds up a luminescent flower, lighting most of the room for them.

Ash had the same idea as Claire and spoke a quick word which caused a globe of blue fire to appear in front of him. Claire's flower had lot the room first though, and the sight wasn't pretty.

The light washed over a grisly collection of horror. A skeleton in a top hat stood along the far wall beside a mannequin with an alligator head. Skulls of humans an animals decorated the room along with grinning masks and numerous wooden dolls. Glass cases bore jars of snakes and frogs floating in amber liquid, teeth, pestles, drums, turtle shells, and other oddities.

"This way," came Grimalkin's voice, unnaturally loud in the lining silence. He starte down a dark hall where portraits of men and women stared at them from the walls. He ducked into a room with a round table in the center that was covered by a black tablecloth. There were five chairs, as if someone had been expecting them
