Knuckles yelped in surprise from the cold sting of the metal and sprang back. Too close! He thought. Gotta find a way around that blade.... Got it! He sprang up and burrowed underground.

i glanced at the group, my ears and tail twitched as the thunder and lightning flashed again, i jumped back my jetpack humming to life, i curled my tail around my knees, "midnight, how could there be lightning and thunder here?!" i ask loudly, "i don't know kit." midnight said equally scared.
(um hello, don't leave me hanging, gtg for now guys)
