On the way, they teach you the basic herbs and their uses. you are now lvl 2 healing. They leave you at the gate, "You'll have to find the teacher yourself, we have to report directly to the chief." you could try to the left, right or straight forward.

you go tot he left and it seems like there's houses, going upwards up stairs to another wooden level

Nothing looked out of the ordinary unless you include the fact Naomi was barely conscious in Destiny's arms and Bounty (the horse) was spooking out over apparently sand.

There are shops, and one store keeper points you slightly right and up another set of stairs, "She's on the right of the chiefs hut"
