Lilly stepped back and flicked her tail her eyes in slits as she stared at the creature. She had yet to notice what had happened she just wanted to be sure it wasn't going to get up and go after Sherman or the Hound again, almost like an instinct.

I jump and try to stop it.

The eyes are gone before you realize it. Jhonn stumbled out, hair disheveled, clothes rumpled. "I heard you scream! Are you okay?"

It falls down to its knees, gasping for air. Long slashes line its throat and face. The pipe, still lodged in its head, oozed the green stuff. A rancid smell, like that of dying animals and decaying bodies filled the room. It was toxic.
