I nod "Bad humans" I bare my fangs as I stretch "I hope they got what was coming for them" I appruptly stand up "I wonder what moon it is today" I wander over to the window and look out of it

Perceptive as she was, Alyssa didn't find anything off with Damari's movements. The angel was focused on finding some vanilla extract--something that wasn't entirely necessary, but made the pancakes taste that much better--so she wasn't exactly watching him, and it wasn't like any sounds were giving him away either. Searching through drawers, riffling through cupboards, and even peering into fridge as the human opened it, she heard the boy call out, saying that he'd finished the task she'd given him.
"Melt the butter than pour everything into the bowl. If you finish that, then feel free to start frying," she answered before finally found the bottle, a few seconds later, laying in one of the cabinets on his side of the room.
Taking a quick look as he worked, Alyssa removed a frying pan before giving it a light oiling before turning on the fire. The boy probably already know how to fry things, so she skipped over explaining that step to him. "Now, we just have to cook them and we have breakfast." Holding back a yawn, she moved aside so that Damari had space to stand when he poured the batter in.
Realizing that she had neglected to him actual amounts, the angel suddenly turned around. It's been too long since I've actually taught someone how to cook, she thought with a slight shake of her head. "Here, let me measure that out," she said as she began pouring everything out into a measuring tool.
"Sorry, I don't remember actual amounts," Alyssa explained, eyeing the ingredients to figure out if she added the right amount while keeping the numbers pointed towards Damari.

She giggled lightly "no need to how should I say? Explain, I mean it's hard to be around species you never met before and try to blend in when your clearly different" she said insisting, she knew how she felt but she probably worded it wrong her self, but instead she just waited for her ears to turn back to normal
