Nathaniel nodded, "If he follows he'd be after us, but if not he could just be here on 'business.' which I don't want to stay to know what that means.

Lionel nodded and stood up, saying something to the man he called his brother. The man opened the back door to let them pass through in a safe way. Lionel, followed by Scarlet went, went through the back to the back exit.

Eva thanked the man and the trio followed behind Lionel. Nathaniel trailed silently behind the group and kept an eye on the enemy without blantanly staring.

Soon, they were outside in a dark alleyway. The stench of trash, and the sound of leaky pipes were evident. It was a windy out, and it howled in a mournful way. Lionel continued walking, " We'll escort you home.. unless ya wanna come with us, our buldin' is closer. "

Nathaniel frowned calculating, "It'll be safer for us to go to your building, our place is too far, also we don't want to get Eva's parents involved." (sorry for it short, I have stat to do)

Lionel nodded, hiding his gun again and saying to Scarlet, " We'll report to Tom when we get there. If there is a threat he'd want to know. " He sighed and he continued walking, twisting and turning through the back alley's till they got to the hideout- a illegal and hidden speakeasy - of The Golden Lions. Lionel knocked in a pattern on the door, and soon a gruff looking man opened it. It was Charly, who knew them by now and simply let them in. The building was empty- though usually it would of been a lively place. A man was at the bar, barking orders to a few men.. he looked scary, scars lining the side of his face.

Nathaniel, Natalie, and Eva followed glancing behind to look for signs that he was following him. Nathaniel and Natalie tried to make sense of the twist and turns, but half way through the twist got confused until they gave up trying map it out. Eva walked in and greated charly then turned to the twins, I didn't see him, did you guys." Nathaniel frowned. "I don't believe so, either the they upped up their stealth which is highly unlikely or he's here on other business, which to say the least, is concerning."

Lionel went strait to the bar, getting himself a scotch on the rocks. Scarlet sighed, " That idiot is drinking himself into a grave.. " Her worried expression showed she was telling the truth. " I wish he would find other ways to deal with things. "

( The more this continues the worse I feel for Lionel.. he is going to be so sad later. "

(Of course gotta get the lightning, I'm doing okay, school's a lot of work though)

Nathaniel made a face, "You don't say." He said examing Lionel's drinking. Natalie had pulled out Lionel's gun and was examining the parts. (Sadly I do not know the parts of a gun especially a custom one xD) Natalie frowned, "I saw a gun kinda like this,, but if I'm not mistaken, this part here is what's causing the problem."

(Yeah poor Lionel, especially cause he's not going to die, okay that makes it sound better but it reality it makes his situation worse...)

Scarlet nodded, " He doesn't talk about things that bother him, he just drinks. He says it's better for a man to stay silent. "

Lionel seemed oddly calm about someone else holding his gun, let alone inspecting it. " It works fine, I watched it be put together an' know each part in it.. Wouldn't know why there'd be a problem with it. " Thomas rolled his eyes and said, " Don't bother ma'am, he ain't gonna listen to anything about his gun. Loves it too much. "

( Yeah.. he is just gonna suffer alive, wallowing in pain and swearing revenge. )
