Serenity perked up seeing two other humans, and she carefully made her way over to a floating crate that was knocking against the rocks. She climbed onto it, propelling herself off the rocks towards a nearby island.

Karrina, seeing humans going to the island, figured it was time for an adventure. She shifted to her human form before climbing onto the opposite side of the island from where the humans are, climbing onto it. She practiced walked, eventually figuring how running, then waited

"Aww! Thanks 'Lys, you're the best!" Edenia said cheerfully, taking the box from her friend. "I found this weird thing... like a fabric bowl, do you want it? I thought it was kinda neat" Edenia offered her a fancy looking hat she had found.

"(insert nickname here), I think it's a hat." She placed it over her curly orange hair. "Oh. Some of the humans escaped to that little island. At least we got some of them," Alyssa said, looking at the boat. "Should we do something about the island?" (like sing? didn't you say they do that?)


Belle watched as others arrived, including Serenity. "Hey, guys! I have more fishhooks. Let's catch food. I feel like we're gonna be here a while."

(Eden could be a good nickname)

"Oh, yeah, that'd make more sense" Edenia giggled. "Yes, we probably should do something about them, wanna go? just the two of us? like good ol' times" Edenia offered, nudging her friend with a wink

"Yeah, you're right... I have whatever's in this crate" She said, prying the box open, revealing a bunch of harpoons and spears for fishing. "Jackpot" She muttered

"Sure Eden," Alyssa replied, returning the nudge. As they swam, she said, "I kinda miss those times. Now that we're older..."

"Yeah, heiress responsibilities are no fun" Edenia sighed. "It's been a while since I've sung a luring song, I hope I can get it right... you've always had the prettier singing voice, you try first" Edenia said, poking Alyssa in the side

"Oh, shush you!" Alyssa said, slapping her arm teasingly. "You know I'd rather be a warrior than a singer." She cleared her throat and began to sing a beautiful, haunting tune.


Belle looked up from the crate of fishing tools. The water seemed to resonate, and call her. She took an unsteady step closer, if only she could get closer to the singing....
