To ping, just put they username after @ and put a comma at the end Otherwise, the ping won't work XD

If you have an outfit in your inventory select it and click on the use button. After that go to Account - Wardrobe and select it from there...they are under the items tab.

I'm having problems with outfit stuff too.. am trying to equip my bunny ears I just got sent through trade. I hit preview on the item and my avi preview image changes to have the bunny ears, but when I hit save and my avatar on the forum doesn't change and the preview image in wardrobe goes back to no ears.

edit: never mind! I realized I had to do the same thing with going to the inventory and hitting "use" - I had gotten confused because when I went to the wardrobe area the box around the ears was a different color and I thought that indicated that it was available to be used.

I guess in the wardrobe area, the items aren't available for use unless they have a "remove item" button? (And does the remove item button just take the item back into your inventory so you could trade it?)

Yes clicking the remove item button will just put the item back in your inventory.

Jinxie seems to be stuck on my game. I'm already passed the Capture an Sylesti quest. However she is still saying

"Hurray! You learned how to capture a pet! You should visit your Quest Log and complete the quest as soon as possible.

You still have lots to learn about handling Sylesties such as using Traps, Scanners, and increasing your Party Limit."

I posted this on the Quest board thinking there might be more to this quest.

I also have a few more questions:

1) How do I equip my avatar with things?
2) How do you know which armor, bracelets and relics to give your pet?

Someone said something about blue armor but that confused me even more.

When you completed the quest, you should have received a Satchel in your Inventory. Opening the Satchel advances the Jinxie tutorial.

For your other questions, you can manage all things Avatar in the Account -> Wardrobe. For Avatar Items, using them in your Inventory unlocks them in the Wardrobe.

For the other question, you must first decide on whether your pet is going to be a Physical or Magical pet. Physical pets should focus on Strength and Physical Damage. Magical focus on Intelligence and Magical Damage.

For generic attacks, your pet uses Physical Damage if its Strength > Intelligence and vice versa for Magical Damage.

For the Proficiency Abilities, each tree is a type. Air, Earth, and Water are Physical Damaging abilities. Fire, Light, and Shadow are Magical Damaging abilities.

Uh, I think I have a problem then. I think I sold that satchel. I didn't know what I was doing. I messed that up.

Viridian Meadows and the tutorial are long overdue for a revamp. So things like this will be fixed when we get a chance to revamp them.
