The lady waited for one more minute. "Done." She said and walked back in the room and looked at a screen. She frowned. "Hmmm..." She muttered. "Velvet, looks like a piece or two was broken off." She said and pointed to a small white thing near the lungs. "I believe that's the bone." She said. "Did Amber have any trouble breathing?" She asked and point another white, just a bit slightly larger piece.

Koru faced away when Mel ran up to him. He then glanced behind her at the man. " Hey! Why don't you leave her alone? " he said firmly, quickly stepping infront of Mel. " And hurting my snake would give me full permisstion to get the police on you " he threatened.

Tri hissed again and drew up to her full height. Her eyes hinting murder in them.

Mel blushed slightly and tried to cover her body the best she could. She didn't know how to feel about this situation but she knew she had butterfly's in her stomach because of Kuro. She was grateful he was protecting her. Fighting wasn't her area of expertese. She was the sneaky one who could break into and hide anywhere without being caught. She was the one with grace and agility like a cat. She watched closely and wondered if Kuro was protecting her because she was a friend or if it was because she had a job he could accompany her with. She needed to get him alone.

A puzzled expression on her face, she said, "How am I supposed to know? Amber was unconscious 7/8 of the time! And when she was conscious, she didn't say anything about having trouble breathing." Velvet, irritated now, walked into the x-Ray room and over to Amber's side. "You ok Amber?"

The lady sighed. "She may need surgery..." She said uncertainly. "Yes, she does." She confirmed uneasily. "Do you allow it, Velvet? I know you and Amber are close friends.

"Just doing my job." Itarian said. "I've got my own business." Taking a step forward, he picked up Hutio. Hutio hissed and slithered out his hands. "Hutio!" He said. Hutio began sliding away. Not to anyone. Itarian had a confused expression. "Hutio?"

Velvet groaned, pacing back and forth with her hands behind her back. Giving in, she shrugged and sighed. "I guess so. I mean, it's for the better right?"

"Yes, it's for the better." She said nodding. "I'll see if any of the surgeons are available at the time." She sighed. "What a delicate family..." She muttered. She took out something. "Doctor? Yes, now...yes...alright, meet you soon...bye." She said. "Amber's operation will be soon. That was Dr. Faloy. Available." She explained. "I'll get her ready for the operation."

"Ok. That was quick. And I heard that. I've been saying that every time Amber trains with me because she always gets hurt, usually breaking something or coming home with an ear splitting headache. And, if you don't mind if I ask, will there be blood? Because if there will be, I'd rather stay outside of the room. I have a very delicate sense of smell and can't stand the sight or odor of blood. Especially fresh blood." Velvet said, shuddering on that last part and hugging her chest.

((Velvet had no medical knowledge! Of course there'll be blood. XD And people aren't allowed to stay and watch operations! XD XD XD))

"Yes, there may be quite a bit." She said a bit uneasily. "But she'll be fine. Trust me." She added reassuringly. She heard footsteps and wheels. "That must be Dr. Faloy." She said and walked out the door to see a man, all dressed for operating. Surgical mask, gloves... Looking like he was all ready. "The patient?" He said, pointing to Amber. "Yes." She replied. The man also had a gurney prepared. "You're prepared." She observed.
