he snarled and went to bite her face, but Chrissy shoved her away and got bit in the arm. she then screamed in pain as powerful, sharp snake fangs sank into her skin, shooting in venom. the metal head lunged forward and bit down with a lot more pressure, making the bite all the more painful. plus, the metal heads rusty and jagged at the edges, giving extra pain and likely an infection or something.

She hisses in anger and swiftly bites the traitorous weaver. No matter how venomous he may be, he'll never be as deadly as she is.

in a final act of defiance, he poured all his venom into Chrissy, and bit down with the metal head hard enough to make her bleed. the girl screamed in agony as the venom began to work.

Ordinary weaver venom isn't deadly to Chrissy, but she knows that without an antidote it'll still hurt horribly and could make her seriously ill. She shoves away the traitor and hurries over to her wife, then looks around at the nearby weavers. "Antivenom! Now!"

rather than running to find it, a staff member lowered their head. *im in charge of the medical supplies, Your Majesty. we are out. the next shipment of antivenom will be here in 2 weeks and cant be sped up.*

She lets out several curse words and holds Chrissy close. "Then make some more!"

*the supplies to make it are also out or being used for other prokects. the shipments for it are weeks to months away.*

She holds Chrissy close. "What other projects are the supplies being used in?"

*weapon design, finishing constructing the city, medical supplies for other weavers and humans that arent dealing with venom, and more.*

She sighs in frustration and distress and holds her wife close to her, before handing her over to one of the medical weavers. "Fine. Get something to help ease her pain and take her to the nearest hospital."
