However she turned back to the blue haired girl and focused on the glass shard thing before nudging Leo into the air to go check on the ruckus at the front of the boat. " It looks interesting and maybe it has something to do with this as well..." she said rustling through her bag and pulling out a small but highly decorated scale

Kate flicked her tail " How Pleasant, I don't think that stabbing anyone is necessary tough, besides you barely even know me, or the wolf girl for that matter" She stood up and nodded to the girl with the wolf " Besides we have similar goals, I want to help this forest just as much as you do.... so killing each other over spoiled meat would not be wise.... but If you want to fight we could always arrange that " she said with a smirk

Kate drew her spear and held it close to the blue girls throat only centimeters away She was quick, and her eyes were calm and collected, and though her size was not intimidating the look in her eyes and her posture were trained and deadly, at least intimidating enough to make someone think twice. " Don't judge me just on size, That would be a fatal mistake.." she said putting her spear away and taking the egg back in her arms before fluttering a good ways above them, Leo flying back to her side " And if we don't work together politely I fear this forest will suffer a worse fate then we can even begin to comprehend" she said swishing her tail. Her words were truthful, and she truly did not want to fight with this girl if she was a link in the puzzle to fixing it, but why was she so perturbed, there was nothing Kate had done previously to disarm or threaten this girl.
