Puck's eyes showed how much he was hurt at Lin's silence, and he assumed the worst. "I would've given everything for you. Why didn't you think I'd be enough?" Ash was vastly amused by this whole display, and that was obvious.

Lin stays silent.

She suddenly has a vine wrapping around a low hanging branch, quickly climbing up onto it she continues to climb. "I believed in you, Puck. I'm not doing this because I don't, it's because it's what's right!" She shouts back down, now at the top of the tree, looking over the frozen land.

Grim slid out of nowhere, a patch of smoke gliding over the snow. His eyes bore that half-lidded, amused look as he glanced at the fuming Puck, then to Claire, then to Ash and Lin. "It gets more entertaining every day," he purred with his feline grin.

Lins continues to be quiet.

She jumps back down from the top branch, landing in a crouch in front of Ash and Lin. She looks right at Lin, standing, "You wish to find Ethan, correct?"

She doesn't respond.

Ash wasn't in the mood for Grim's sarcasm. "Do you have anything helpful to say?"
The cat yawned and sat down. "Actually, yes," he murmured. "I do have something you might be interested in." He took his sweet time in continuing. "I believe," he purred, stretching it out, "I have found the trod you are looking for."

Lin still doesn't say anything.

She smiles triumphantly, "Good." She quickly looks up, she had weaved vines through the branches, allowing them to sprout.
