I shove the rod into the dirt and head over to the branch and inspect it.

``Can I show you something?`` He asked another question, sounding hopeful.


"Sure. Where too now?" I ask as I stand up, stretching

``It's over there.`` He points to a what seems to be water carved wall of rock across the lake, a good half hour walk.

He chuckled, Im a night owl.

You began walking, nothing seems off, just calm waters and the faint shine of the stars in the sky.
