Sterling held up his and braced.Sparks flew as the blades connected.

"Well done!" Collin chimed, angling his blade, pulling back, and swinging it again.

Sterling narrowly dodged it,out of breath so he didn't respond.He ducked and swung low

Scimitar glanced at the gruop he'd gathered; Two wolves, a feline, a stag, a hound, and a duo of bird archers. He'd already briefed them, so now he was waiting on Void.

(what does a stag mobain look like...now i'm intrested.)

Takisis hurried up to the group with the spare weapon on her back,she may not be fighting for this trip.BUt at least she was useful.


Sterling hid his dissapointment at himself and flew back into a defensive position

(Once I get up the art for Skim and Shane, I'll see what I can do...)

"Good defense, but that will only help you so much," Collin pointed out before going in for another strike.

Scimitar nodded to Takisis as she arrived. "I assume you're ready, then? Void will be here any moment and... well, you know how impatient she can be."

Takisis nodded.Void came out of her room,it seemed to have taken her longer to get ready,but she was in her armor and had a small bag with her."I assume your all ready?" she asked


Sterling nodded,"I know" he said out of breath,he dodged to the side and flew in for a blow while Collin was still attacking

"Yes Madam," Scimitar replied, dipping his head.

Collin just barely had enough time to block the blow with a quick flick of his wrist. Sparks flew once again.

"Good then" she looked at the setting sun and walked out expecting them to follow.Takisis followed the unsaid orders.


Sterling jumped away from the sparks his ears flicking

Scimitar and the others followed as well. The hummingbird glanced to the side as he walked, lost in thought. Angel Island. The echidna homeland. A ruthless people. Protectors of the fabled Seven. He thought about everything he had heard from myths and rumors regarding the Island shrouded by mist and mystery.
