Iist peeped behind a tree after her stealth training, checking up on Nix and Destiny again. Seeing that they're okay, she sat at the base of a tree near them and relaxed, closing her eyes and listening to the chirping of animals of the rainforest to train her self control.
He decided to go to sleep there, but was very alert for robbers.

(to gain self control you need to focus on your breathing, sort of like meditation I guess)
