He quickly splashes his face with water, throwing on his boxers and stepping out into the room he smiles down at his mate. The dim light barely highlighted the outlines of silver scars on his tan skin, they were visible though. He gets in, hugging her to his chest and breathing in her scent.

She smiles, trying not to think about the scars that covered his body, nor ask about them. She rests her head on his chest, closing her eyes.

*Morning*

Sun shines through the curtains, bathing them in the brilliant light as Caspian stretches slowly. He looks down at his mate, kissing her forehead before sliding out of bed and going into the large walk in closet. He dresses in a simple button up shirt and black pants with dress shoes before walking out and leaning against the closet door.

After a few minutes, she slowly gets up, stretching and yawning. Mornings definitely weren't her most favorite time of the day, but at least the morning sun was beautiful.

He watches he closely, staying silent.

She looks up and over at him, smiling faintly.

He smiles, walking over to her and kissing her forehead. "How'd you sleep?"

" Yeah, actually. I did. " She replied.

He chuckles, smiling softly down at her. "That's good."

She nods and yawns, standing up off the bed.
