Lets say the hunting patrol just got back. (Thorn and Byte's other character's have poofed)

The hunting patrol returns to camp with four geese and three rabbits. Not nearly enough to feed the pack, but more than they've seen for weeks.

Remus:
Remus wakes up from his sleep when he smells the sweet scent of rabbit drift through the medicine den entrance. The hunting patrol was back. He wondered if he should try to go get his food or someone would remember he was there. His brother would never forget, but Sable was out on patrol right now.




Rose:
She proudly carries her goose into camp, holding her head high. She follows the rest of the hunting patrol as they place their prey on the empty 'pile'. Providing food for her pack was one of her favorite things, and it had been harder lately with the competition from the mountain lion and the harsh winter weather. She looks up and sees Alex in the clearing. Rose comes over and nudges Alex in greeting. "We thought we heard a howl while we were out hunting, but we weren't sure. Did anything happen?" She questions

Alex rested in her den

Rose comes into Alex's den behind Artemis. "We heard what could have been a howl while we were out, did something happen?"

"just a different pack but they have been handled....for now anyways" she sat up sleepily but also hiding it

Artemis sniffs Alex. "Rose you are dimissed." Rose nudges Artemis sweetly and leaves the den. "Artemis turns towards Alex. "Okay, I'll go check it out later as well. But how are you holding up? We just brought home some prey, you should eat. The pack needs a strong leader so it can be a strong pack."

"let everyone eat I'll eat last" she said weakly laying on the floor her head resting on her tail "we are having a meeting tonight at midnight about what we are going to do about the situation we are In "

"Good call about the meeting." Artemis replies. "But you need to eat as much as the rest of us. Rose and I split a goose earlier and there is some left. You can have it." Artemis bolts out of the den and drags in about a quarter of a goose. "You can have this, there is enough for everyone to have at least a thrid of an animal. And If I go out again...." She trails off, knowing that would be too risky.

She thanked her "we might have to move the pack" she said sniffing the meat

"I'd hate to leave, but if things keep coming up like this.... First the weather, then the lion, and now some rouge pack?" Artemis sits down and sighs. "Are you gonna bring it up at the meeting? See what the rest of the pack thinks? Because I'm not sure.... about a lot right now."
