0-o you... you got two eighteens...
Mostly good values! here's what I suggest:
Str--18
Dex--18
Con--15
Wis--16
Int--10
Cha--9
As a ranger, you don't need so much of the spellcasting abilities like Int and Cha
However, you should be athletic, Dex and Str, and time as a ranger would give you a higher Wis score.
Con determines HP, or Hit Points. As a ranger, you should be proficient with armor, so editing that value wouldn't be the most terrible thing in the world if you wanted to, and trade it out for int or wis or something like that.
Okay, rest is up to you, keep my recommendations or change them. Doesn't matter to me :)

Good on the cha score, that's spellcasting for bard...
Maybe bump up int a little if you like, but maybe don't trade it off for con since I don't think you have armor proficiency
Here's a slight rundown:
Int--recollection, which is good for the stories a bard sings
Dex--grace, unless you're dancing or beating up someone while playing, feel free to trade off. More for physical type, like monks and fighters
Wis--being able to gauge a situation and determine the best next action, includes insight ability (I know, not like real-life wisdom, but I don't make the rules, I just break them)
