Penami, I believe that is cannons you are talking about, not tanks ^^'
Tank is the one in the front and basically absorbs the most of the damage from enemies while cannon is in the back and deals the most damage.
Shadow is a good tank, as it can heal itself.
Fire or air are good cannons, they cannot heal themselves (therefore not making good tanks) but cannons generally do not need much healing, and they deal a good bit of damage.
Tanks generally have three proficiency points in health and two in agility.
Cannons generally have two points in strength/intelligence (depending on the element) and two in dexterity, as well as one in health to prevent one-hit KOs.

You have to set it up for sale I or anyone else buy it and work with it till its at the level you want it at
