Odelina laughed slightly as she followed Lidia. She smiled. It was nice seeing her friend still herself despite the coming danger. She shuddered then shoved the thoughts out of her mind.

Riften was sent to the armory when he excited, his heart dropped. He watched Amias collapse like a sapling in a windstorm. He shook his head and moved on, head ducked.
He threw open the door, the sun was keeping the room dimly lit as he passed through. When he saw the large iron and ebony scythe he knew what to do. He snatched up all of the princess's weapons and started carrying the heavy bunch in a sachel. Riften closed the door behind him and didn't look at the two men again, fearing for himself and Amias.

Lidia stopped in the kitchen's doorway, fearful she'd get stuck. She hated this dress and she hated he mother more for making her wear it. "Can we have two plates of pancakes please?", Lidia asked, not caring to ask for sides, the cooks usually surprised her on that part.
"Yes, ma'am.", The head called before turning back to his subordinates, trying not to snicker.

(Woah guys can u plz slow it down? Not everyone has all day to be on and it's near impossible for me to snag 5 minutes to read through three pages of posts after one hour of being gone.....I'll been more later but I have school this week on monday and I'd like to stay in the rp, thank you.)
Nicote was....somewhere. In the halls. Glaring daggers st anyone, slave or royal, that was unfortunate to cross his path. After dealing with his cat he'd had to run back to his room, then headed to meet with the king. Then realized he'd forgotten his papers, gone back for them, then remembered he had a slave for that and now he was running to meet with the king while his slave was going for his papers.
(Who's the king?!)

(A small Time Skip so I don't depress everyone with the abuse :P)
Amias sat on a bench in the armory, tending to his wounds after a particularly brutal training. His shirt was on the floor, singed and tattered, bloodstained as well.
His torso was covered in burns and gashes, some of which he had already bandaged. His forearms were about in the same condition. His face had a large bruise on it from the slap, but he didn't want to touch that one yet.
He knew he'd heal fast, his species always healed faster than humans did. But it still stung and was painful. Amias didn't even know where his mask had ended up during training. It was probably still on the ground. He could retrieve it later.

Riften was given many tasks to do throughout the day, even though he was a custom he had menial tasks to do to help everyone get ready. His hands were twitching to take off his collar and look a the bruises on his neck. Grift was in a foul mood today because of the slaves joining him and the other nobles tonight. Riften stopped when he caught a glance of Amias through a window. He looked around and back at the clothing he was supposed to give to some Earl. He swallowed and opened the door quietly. But as for closing it, it made a clang.

Amias jumped a little at the door slamming shut after being opened, and he looked up from bandaging himself up. His face was surprised to see Riften, and it didn't even occur to him he didn't have his creepy skull mask on to cover his face.
"Er- Riften what are you-" Amias finally realized he didn't have his mask on, immediately pointing his head downwards. He felt so insecure without it, like his shield was missing.Like someone could kill him right then and there, and when he had it on, he was invincible. He was an invincible soldier and not the scared kid he really was.

Ahelissa sat down cross-legged on the floor while her owner went behind the divider. She nodded as Remilia talked about the ball, then stopped when Remilia mentioned fixing Ahelissa's hair and clothes. Oh, that's just great, Ahelissa thought sullenly. She had hoped that Remilia would allow her to stay back in her mistress' room and, I don't know, clean or something. The thought of her squeezing into an overly-ruffled dress and being social made Ahelissa shiver. Most girls her age dreamed of going to a ball, but not Ahelissa. Why? 1: she was NOT good at being social. At all. The 5- inch scar on her arm didn't help matters much. 2: she hated dresses. She liked to wear anything and everything loose fitting. If she wore anything that fitted, it bothered her so much. 3: an eensy-weensy problem- she couldn't dance. At all. Ahelissa sighed and held her head in her hands. Maybe she would just hang out at the food table. Yeah, that's what she'd do.

Odelina came beside Lidia, watching the cooks quietly. The smell of breakfast always reminded her of her mother. While she wasnt so happy with the women that gave birth to her, she still had some fond memories from childhood. Normally at this time she would be rushing around, to get stuff together. She hadnt really had the time to think about these things. She nearly started drooling as she thought about the sweet blueberry pastries her mom would make each Sunday morning. Though, she quickly caught herself and laughed quietly at her silliness.
