She eats her Falafel and her eyes partially roll back in her head, it's so good. "Amir is the BEST Falafel cook this side of town. No question." She laughs a bit.

"Oh, how did you meet Amir? Was it here or elsewhere?" talyn asked swallowing his falafel. Kuro didn't stop eating and just stared intently at the two of them nodding his head to the question. He definitely wanted this person to be their friend so He could have more falafels.

"Amir's parents are my parents' friends so, we're childhood friends. He works here at Fadlan's with his dad and brothers." She waves at Amir's dad, Abdel, and he waves back. She smiles. "They're like, my second family. They're from Syria I believe."

"that's nice," kuro says. "I don't have any family friends." Talyn nodded their head agreeing with Kuro. "So does anyone have anything happening in their lives?" Talyn asked a carefree expression upon his face.

"Nothing except the entire rest to my family is dead." She said something but covered it up with a coughing fit and Kuro could make out 'C.C.G.' She sniffed and wiped her nose. "Allergies." She brushed some hair off of her shoulder and kept eating her Falafel.

Kuro stayed silent as he heard those letters, his mouth twitched down and a glimpse of sadness was shown in his eyes. He quickly replaced that with a dull, plain look and said, "I'm sorry." He quickly finished his falafel and muttered quietly, " I want to go back... Are you coming? " since she had mentioned C.C.G his mood had not improved!

She also finished. "Yeah, let's go." Old memories stirred in her head, horrible memories. The night the C.C.G. killed her parents. They told her to find Abdel and Amir, to not come back to the house, to stay with them and go to Hopes Peake High, where she would be safe. She bit her bottom lip. Her father gave her that Jackal mask, she was never going to lose it. She stood, cleared her tray, and walked out, cautious for C.C.G. members. They knew her face, they knew her hair, and they knew her mask. She pulled her fedora low over her eyes.

Kuro walked ahead of the other two, hurrying towards the school, he was in an absolutely foul mood that he hoped to run from. When they arrived at the school gates he walked through them and entered the buikding, immediately turning down the hallway as he rushed off, disappearing from view.
Talyn stared after Kuro as he stormed away and scratched their chin, "Did we do something?" He asked incredibly confused, "I thought it was a rather good outing, what happened?
