It is dead. (And no, your choices did not kill it. Foxes don't eat semi-solid foods until they are 4 weeks, ad this one was only 2.) You walk over to a river, and the pup follows you. You both stop for a drink. WHat would you like to do now?

You decide for the desert. It will be an arduous trail, but should you find a wolf, you know that that wolf will be an extremely valuable packmate. During the long trek, you trip over a root of a tree. You have a minor sprain, but keep going anyway. By the time you reach the desert, your paws ache and it is almost dawn of the next day.
