For those who don't know, in the American South, "Claxton" is a famous fruitcake brand. My little mare needs an equally fruitcake-y name.
NAMED
I have named this mare Bien Fait, which is the name of a not-yet-famous organic/local bakery that makes fruitcake. That's a half point to Wildcat, whose suggestions led me to discover the real world Bien Fait.

First, it's something real; flour gold is naturally occurring, extremely fine gold dust. She looks like somebody pooffed it all over her.

Second, it's a pun: flour = flower.
