Diablo rolled his eyes as if he was trying to say something but couldn't."He'll comply for the time being...besides we've got bigger matters" she replied looking to the island

Amory's eyes swept the landscape once more. "I think you were right, Bheka. I sense them approaching now." He told his companion, who let out a small squeak.
"And the jaguars and wolves have been alerted, yes?" Amory asked. Bheka responded with a small nod.
The Guardian echidna sighed and sat down on the stone surface, gazing thoughtfully at the pool of crystaline blue water surrounding the massive gemstone that adorned the center of altar.
