Once the men had her bound and drugged, they threw her over the front of bangle, leading the horse away. They picked up their pace once the royal gaurd appeared on the horizon.

"Tell Temorin we have his precious treasure," one of the men called with a vicious chuckle.

After that, Xolia didn't wake up for quite awhile.

Atlas was speaking with his advisor on a few things, to quiet to be heard by anyone besides themselves. They had placed the unconscious Xolia in a wood chaor in the back of the room.

She jolted awake, looking up and examining her surroundings.

Atlas noticed her, but continued his conversation. After a few minutes, Atlas dismissed his advisor. He turned to approach Xolia, a devilish smirk coating his features.

"Well well, we meet again."

She glared up at him. " B*stard. "

He stared blankly for a few moments before abruptly erupting in laughter. He had to clutch his gut due to the pain that came with his fit of giggles.

"I knew I liked you."

" I knew I hated you. "

"Aww, come on kitten, why the hatred? You were supposed to be my wife after all, not my pesky little brother's. Might as well try to like me."

He filled two cups with water, pulling a small round table in between in between them and placing the cups on it.

She was glaring daggers at him. " I am not your wife, nor will I ever be. "
