Grim sighed loudly, interrupting the conversation. Both Ash and Puck turned to glare at him. "This is all quite fascinating, but instead of posing and scratching the ground like rutting peacocks, perhaps you should look to the girl." Lin had done everything she had done in the vision, including rushing to the spot she thought her brother was. Both boys glanced at her and Puck's eyes got huge. "Princess!" he yelped, springing over and stopping her from walking right into a patch of thorns.
"How very like you," Ash said. "Just about let someone do something stupid and act surprised when it's your fault."

She goes over to Lin, crouching down and noticing the slightly dazed expression she had plastered on her face. "She saw something..." She mutters, standing and walking back over to Ash. She goes back to looking at the ceiling, secretly weaving ivy on it.

(Okay, so what if, the next morning, or any time in between, since they have to let Lin recover from her traumatic experience, Claire has the same vision that Lin had and goes ballistic and tries to get to him but Ash stops her with some subtle romance?)

Ash's face went stone cold, his silver eyes fixed on his enemy. "Good? If you ask me, he should've been either banished or killed a long time ago." It was apparent that they had a past, maybe even been friends once. It seemed to be a sore subject still.
