"Come and get it." Lilura says cheerfully, handing out the eggs and bacon.

Casey took it with a huge smile. "Thanks, Lilura," he said before digging in.

"So, what are the plans for today?"

"Go gather berries!" Lilura says cheerfully, taking a bite of her eggs. " have my bacon. I don't want it. " she says, offering it to either one of the boys.

Conner lets Casey had it. He had just eaten last night. He had venison. "Thank you for cooking. It's really good," Casey tried to say with his mouth full of bacon

Lilura smiles. "You're welcome." She finished her food.(do they have a sink and running water inside the cabin? )

(Yeah. Didn't mention it before, but it's by the window next to the table)

He soon does the same. This was the first decent meal he had had for quite a while.

Lilura takes Casey's dishes and her own and goes in the kitchen to clean them.

Casey stands and follows, feeling bad that she's doing all the work

"Hi." She says, smiling when she noticed him enter. She has cleaned most of the dishes already. "What's up? I mean, apart from the sky and all of those smart aleck answers."

"Don't worry, I'm not the kind to give those answers. Most of the time. Just over here, feeling guilty for having you do everything."
