The old, possibly senile woman began to work her way around the kitchen, preparing a small meal.

" when hes done? What do you mean? "

The woman smacked her lips as she hummed a tune, ginishing what she had begun before slouching Xolia once more.

"Deary, did he or did he not birds and bees you, if you understand what I am hinting at."

She had moved towards Xolia, prepared to comfort her. From what the woman could gather, Xolia was just another one of Garth's long forgotten one night stands. Little did she know that Xolia and Garth theoretically had little to no intrest in one another.

The woman seemed utterly shocked, not at all expect I,g Xolia's reply. Quickly, she compossed herself amd spoke.

"My, I am so sorry darling. Forgive my assumption."

The woman left for a moment, returning with sweet smelling buns and a small bowl of what seemed like soup.

"Eat up!"

" its okay. " She gently took the food from her. " Thank you. "

"I suppose if I assumed wrong of you two, he'll be back any minute now. He better bring his girl or I might just strangle him... Anyway, hows the food dear?"

She had already began eating. " Its very good. Thank you. "

"That's good." Answered the woman simply, walking towards the door and peeking out in search of Garth.

"Ah, there he is."

Sure enough, as she finished her statement, Garth walked in. He nodded a greeting to the two women before setting down his satchel and walking off to the guest rooms in the back. He had yet to speak, seeming fazed by some sort of event or encounter, but possibly just tired from the day.

The woman scoffed at him, heading back to her meal.

She didn't question his... demeanor. She just simply ate her food.
