Jaylyn pouts and does an off manoeuvre in the air, ending up just behind you. She sighs and crosses her arms placing them on top of your head like she was leaning on you.
"I've told him about you! I don't think he was listening though..."
"I'm her guard, more babysitter. The others don't want to have to kill another God's messanger, so I've been tasked with watching all three of them. It's a painful task. And no I don't know you..."
She nods twice curtly and takes two small steps back. She moves her right arm up to her chest and leans down into a sharp bow. She definitely seemed like a soldier of some kind, but the lack of armour made you think she was more of a scout or possibly something else entirely.
"The king's castle, of course, I can answer your questions if you'd like me to?"
You wander carefully through the trees, jumping over fallen logs and ducking under low branches. Now the cliffs stand high above you and you can make out the tiny furry shapes of what might be some sort of small animal ducking and weaving amongst the crevices and small caves. There looked to be almost ten of them up there. The cliff was littered with small and large caves, some of which you may be able to fit into.
She mutters something quietly and her loose grip on the sword quickly tightens. You can see her knuckles slowly becoming whiter as her grip becomes almost unnecessarily tight. She spoke in a low and intimidating voice.
You let each of your fingers slowly fall down onto the stone, one by one. You could almost swear that each time one of your fingers touched the stone it lit up a small bit more, but it may have just been your imagination. By the time you had your entire hand pressed up against it the entire room was filled by a faint blueish grey light.
Jaylyn giggles seeming almost instantly happy for whatever reason. She uses both of your shoulders as a vault as she dives right over your head, gracefully landing close to Devon.
"Yes!! There were more of us, but not anymore!!"
"Yes, annoyingly."
Jaylyn gasps and looks at you with a huge smile on her face and asks.
You quickly scale a nearby tree and find that from the top you can't see much at all. There are quite a lot of leaves blocking your view in most directions. However, you could see the faint glow of what might be city lights in the distance.
What should you do?

I decide to scale the cliff, to get a closer look at the animals. I squint at the cliffs, trying to find a safe spot to start climbing.
