"Thanks mister!" Hanako waves.

Lishian is already walking around ."I've never seen these frerns in any of the worlds I've been in...." he murmurs. Passing behind a tree, he reappears looking slightly different. "Yeup, definitely not from our world. I don't recognize them in my Origin form."

"none of them look to be from our world, either" i say, inspecting the nearest tree. it's bark is a silvery grey color, and the leaves are shaped like little hearts and light pink in color. "well, enough about the trees, why don't we start heading into the forest" eli pipes up, kicking the trunk of one of the trees.

"Oye, don't kick the trees you don't know if they'll shoot poison at you." Lishian snaps on instinct.

Hanako groans. "Oh great, that's right you and that whole Southpole lot have that whole "if it can kill you we probably have it in our world" thing don't you."

Lishian doesn't reply, instead walking forward. He's completely shifted into a very different version of himself now, he looks around everyone else's age and his eyes are more gray then blue. His hair is also tinted blue and instead of being mainly silver is nearly snow white.

"the trees in your world do what?" i whisper, looking on in fear. "i don't know why you're so surprised by that, the trees back on earth have exploding fruit, venom needles and colonies of deadly bugs in them" Eli shurgs, tapping the tree again.

"yeah well you live in australia, which ia about as close as you can get to the seventh circle without leaving the mortal plane" i snark "i want to know what is going on with them" i huff, gesturing to them. "look! they've changed color" i exclaim, with more emphatic gesturing to drive my point home.

"Yeah, there's a tree near one of my homeworld's bases that shoots poison if you touch it. Although that might be because one of our Dark-magic users messed around with botany stuff for a while and really likes acting like a sadist sometimes..." LIshian commented.

"Yeah, Austrailia is literally just....something else." Hanako laughed, ignoring Lishian's comment on trees. "I'm pretty sure the Narrators created Lishian's home world based off Austrailia, actually-"

"What, because everything that shouldn't happen happens there?"

"Yup! Also why are you in that form, you know you're screwed if you touch water right?" Hanako asked. Lishian just shrugged and said something about "seeing at the same level as the rest of the people here"

"so you just change color? whenever you want? thats so cool" i say, staring at him in awe. the closest thing i can do is cast an illusion to make it look like i changed color, which isn't nearly as cool as actually changing color.

"you can change color too" eli says, grinning evily. what is she talking about? "infact" she says, her smirk growing "i'll make you turn pink right now" she exclaims, fixing me with a look like the cat that caught the canary. "Gabriel" she says simply, and immediatly i flush bright pink. "unfair!' i protest, crossing my arms.

"It's not changing color more as changing form. My alternate form happens to just loo kso different it's like i change color or whatever you call it." Lishian shrugs. "I actually share it with someone else, but he kind of hates this form so I get to use it even though I'm not technically the one who should be able to. It's great. Hey, berries!"

"And here we see Lishian in his natural habitat, where he lives by his homeworld's rules of "if you die you die." Hanako sighs.

"i think most worlds have that rule" i comment, peering down at the berries in his hand. those look...ok i have no idea what those look like. i give them a curious poke, cringing as it oozes weird juice. "i don't think these are good anymore" i announce, disgusted.

Lishian sniffs them, then does a dumb thing and pops one in his mouth.

"Lish, no-"

Lish has his eyes closed, sidestepping Hanako's attempt to grab him. "Mmm, tasty. Only immediate side effects are mild faintness, so probably some degree of toxic. Man I should use this hoemworld form more, I forgot how great the poison immunity can be."

"now i want to try it!" i huff, reaching for one. "you're not immune to poison" Eli reminds me, grabbing my shoulder and steering me away from the bush "lets get moving before we give her anymore bad ideas" she whispers to them, gesturing at me. i frown, but forge ahead anyways.
