Haz looks like she doesn't believe them and gives an exacerbated sigh before saying, "Okay, I will let it go.... For now." She frowns and looks toward the docks before looking at a watch on her wrist and sighs, "It's still broken..." she grumbles under her breath and turns on her smile and makes a joke about time hiding from her.

Rusty chuckles, "I hope so... I don't want to track her down if I want to talk to her. Or universe forbid I need her help in my old age." she jokes and looks at Nickel, "That look suites you... But only if you aren't scarring someone knew... If they already know of you, you could scare 'em with that face... They'll think you've gone insane..." she pauses before a playful grin spreads across her face, "Er... Insaner..." She laughs faintly, "I think Haz has worn off on me... Imma definitely keep her around for as long as I can."

Rusty's hability to just joke around with him was yet another thing Nickel wasn't expecting and wasn't quite sure how to proprely respond too. So far it had allowed his true personality, Owen's personality, to shine through tho even that had it's limits, still he attempted to joke back with her. " Good thing i dont have anyone who know me well enough around then, that save me from having to explain myself to them."

Virgil and Ashes both laughed a bit at what Haz said about time hiding from her. "True time does hide from you but times flies when you are doing something," Virgil said with a smile.

Rusty sighs slightly as she smiles, she understands he is trying to joke back but can't help feeling a bit sad that he doesn't have anyone. "Yeah... But... It must get lonely at times... I know was even if I didn't realize it back then..." she shrugs and flashes him comforting look that is hidden by her smile and even that can't hide the age old sadness in her eyes as she thinks of how Haz could have turned out like her. 'Smoke screens and white lies...'

Haz chuckles and blushes slightly in embarrassment.

Not realy knowing how to reply without giving too mutch details, Nickel went back to his old habits. " It was a fair price to pay ..." By going into hiding instead of searching for answers, a small part of him was hopping that those who did knew the him from before would move on and be spared from being used against him, not like he was going to admit it tho. " Beside, you cant compare a living style with memories that are not there."

Ashes and Virgil smiles at Haz and chuckles with her.

Haz grins at the two bounty hunters.

Character Development (Into the mind of Haz -- I'm bored and this came to me...) Irrelevant to storyline
____and feels... content. She couldn't imagine any other way her life could have turned out like. All she knew for certain about her life was that she could never be happier and that she was happy and content with it. Haz had always, even as a small child, felt the most content interacting with bounty hunters and street cops and rookie detectives... One of the many types of people/Xtra Terrestrials that frequented Rusty's shop... Their shop? nuh, uh, *shakes her slightly as if to clear it* Rusty's shop... What was I thinking about... Oh, well... But, out of all of the types, that type of customers was her favorite... She just connected with them, even if she couldn't place why, she was... She often wondered, if she was half as amazing as they are, could she ever one day find out if anyone else had lost people in that crash? And tell them about the crash? She knew that she was only survivor... Rusty had tried to wait 'till she was old enough to understand but Haz had already figured it out... She didn't know how she knew...she just knew. Rusty had been going a rampage, trying to figure out who had told her, when she had told Rusty that she had just known... That no one had told her. And also if Rusty ever wanted to keep a secret that she shouldn't be so quick to conform a possible guess.... But, that yes she figured it out on her own and also.... That she figured out a fix for the prototype blueprints Rusty had been working on... And the fact that the drone would never flying through space, at warp speed, without some exterior design based reconstruction.....
